Yet another piece in the small series of drawings that I’m doing of my favourite characters. I already did Sans, but hands down the best monster from Undertale is Undyne. Just like the D. Va I drew, I feel I’ve finally found a way I enjoy drawing her. I love my lesbian fish lady.
Ha! Yes!! Indeed, she is the best monster from Undertale!! And this piece is fantastic!!

SPREAD THE WORD PLEASE BOOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PROTECT IMMIGRANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It makes its actual insertion into the strings in the first place more secretive, more round-the-bout than if it had remained.
‘HE IS’ did not come from 1.5, it did not come from 1.6. It came from 1.5A, a temporary update-between-updates that existed for about a week before we moved on to 1.6 properly, without any word about the update from Toby whatsoever.
To be quite frank, now that 1.6 is released, you basically have no proof aside from the agreement of others that have hacked the old 1.5A strings that we are telling the truth about this at all.
And this change? 1.5A’s biggest change was a single new line to the strings. ‘HE IS.’ A line that disappeared in the next version. It’s an interesting choice, isn’t it? Either Toby changed his mind and decided it would be better not to include it in the final version, (except, then why would he display it like this at all?) or he’s deliberately trying to ‘gate’ this information between micro updates.
By itself, it doesn’t say a great deal. But who knows, it may be part of the larger picture. In time.
I was hoping the most to see what the Japanese equivalent to the “beware the man who talks in hands“ line was, but honestly seeing the translations for any and all of these would interest me.
Direct translation of the Japanese strings below. I’m only pasting the official English for the first line because
elsewhere it’s not very different. Translation notes are bolded, the “speaks in
hands” lines are the last two, at the bottom.
Also note that you didn’t paste the first line, so the first full line I translate is “タリラリラ~♪
わたしは かわの わたしもり~。わたしは… わたし… もり… いえ おきになさらず。”
