Point 1: When writing fic or doing comics, the subject of Frisk’s current family name is likely to come up. There is a tremendous preference for the post-Pacifist ending in which Toriel adopts Frisk, so they probably use her family name.
Point 2: When Toriel texts you in the post-Pacifist walkabout, during the “Dreemurr and Femur” text, she makes a point of saying NOT to actually refer to her as a Dreemurr. We should thus assume she’s switched back to her maiden name.
Proposal: Toriel’s maiden/reinstated-since-the-divorce family name (and thus Frisk’s family name) should be Tu. For reasons.
