Headcanon: nice cream is actually mochi ice cream because it’s given to us by a bunny man and the Japanese folklore of the moon rabbit makes mochi paste.
It would also make it easier to wrap hand drawn messages around it since it’s not melty.
(Also mochi ice cream is freaking delicious)
