alphys in undertale fucked me up a bit bc im not used to a character showing a lot of my own mental illness behaviours while also being depicted sympathetically?? like im used to empathising with characters the intended neurotypical audience is meant to see as unpredictable or dangerous or high maintenance but alphys is intended to by sympathised with and cared for and thats incredibly rare in this context… what a good lizard
