Where is the stuff about Papyrus being a good artist? For some reason I see this floating around a lot lately and IDK where is the source. Is it in the game?

He built his sentry station out of cardboard, but he also used screw-shaped pasta to hold it together, which implies that it’s more cleverly crafted than just being a cardboard box:
